This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technical data may be processed by the hosting infrastructure, including IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer information, browser/user-agent information and technical status data. This processing is necessary for secure and reliable website delivery and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where STRATO processes personal data on our behalf, processing is governed by the applicable data-processing arrangements with the provider.

4. WordPress

The website uses WordPress as its content-management system. WordPress is operated within our hosting environment. Technically necessary functions may use local storage or cookies where required for site operation or administration. We do not intentionally use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies in this version of the website.

5. Contact form and e-mail enquiries

If you contact us through the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, e-mail address, optional brand/company information, your message and the communication metadata required to deliver and answer the enquiry. The data is used solely to process and respond to your request. If your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to communications under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If consent is expressly requested for a specific processing activity, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies. We retain correspondence only for as long as required for the purpose of the communication and any applicable legal retention obligations.

6. Audio / “Sound On”

The website includes a user-controlled sound function. Audio does not start automatically. In the current theme, the sound function is generated or served locally by the website and does not require a connection to an external music or streaming provider. If a licensed external service is added in the future, this Privacy Policy must be updated before that service is activated.

If this website links to external websites, data is transmitted to the external provider only when you choose to follow the link. The privacy practices of the respective provider then apply.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Internet transmission can nevertheless never be guaranteed to be completely secure.
